MIM Jax is the Jacksonville arm of Miami Interiors Media, founded by Sergio Arcila. After building MIM in Miami and Tallahassee — photographing homes, hotels, student housing and brands like Hilton (in St. Augustine), Sephora and Zaxby's — we're bringing the same editorial standard to all of North Florida.

What areas does MIM Jax serve?
All of North Florida. We're based in Jacksonville and cover Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties — the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Orange Park and Amelia Island — plus Gainesville and Alachua County and everything in between, including Middleburg, Keystone Heights, Starke and Palatka. Tallahassee is covered by our sister studio, MIM Tally.
How much does real estate photography cost in Jacksonville?
We price by square footage. Photography is $200 for homes under 2,500 sq ft, $250 for 2,500–4,000 sq ft and from $300 above that. The Essential Listing (photos + drone) is $250 and the Showcase Listing with a Zillow Showcase 3D tour and real twilight is $500. First-time clients can book their first listing for $200.
How quickly are photos delivered?
Within 24–48 hours of the shoot, in an online gallery sized for the MLS, web and social media.
Do you shoot Zillow Showcase and 3D tours?
Yes. We capture the high-res photos, Zillow 3D tour and interactive floor plan Showcase listings use, plus Matterport 3D tours — all in one visit.
Do you do twilight photography?
Twilight is our specialty. Real twilight is $100 added to any shoot or $250 as a standalone session. Virtual twilight is $25 per image.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included across Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. Gainesville, Alachua County and the towns in between (Putnam, Bradford and Union counties) add a $50 travel fee.
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes. MIM Jax is operated by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot, and we check airspace and get authorization where required.
