Zillow Showcase in Jacksonville: What Agents Should Know

More than half of buyers find the home they purchase online, and for many Jacksonville buyers that search starts on Zillow. Zillow Showcase is Zillow's premium listing format, and it's built around the media buyers say they value most.

What a Showcase listing includes

Showcase listings feature high-resolution photos organized room by room, an interactive floor plan that connects each photo to where it was taken in the home, and a 3D tour. Showcase listings also get more prominent placement and a branded look on Zillow.

What Zillow's data says

In April 2024, Zillow reported that Showcase listings received 75% more page views, 68% more saves and 75% more shares than similar listings, were 20% more likely to go under contract within 14 days, and sold for about 2% more. That's Zillow's own data comparing against similar listings, so treat it as directional — but it lines up with what buyers tell NAR: photos and floor plans are the listing features they find most useful.

How to get a listing Showcase-ready

Make the cover image count

A Showcase listing gets a bigger, more visual spot in search — which makes the cover photo even more important. For homes with pools, water views or great lighting, a twilight exterior is the strongest cover image you can run.
